Joe was contracted to do this job & the 10m2 sleep out. He became very difficult to get in contact with and I ended up having to get others in to complete the job. A job that was meant to take approx. 2 weeks took 3mths. He'd often only show up once a week even after promising more. There was also blatant lies around a window & when asked was advised it was on order and xx weeks away however only to find out weeks later the order was never placed... I ended up cancelling the framing fix job.
