Extend deck

Wanting quote to update an old rectangle wooden deck currently about 12.5m2. The top will need replacing but hopefully piles below are okay. Basically wanting to make it bigger, up to about 36m2. Hoping to include a small step up from the deck to French doors on the side next to the house. Has easy site access from the driveway beside the house. Bulk of ground is grass/dirt on a mild slope with a very small bit of tile/concrete on one side. Depending on the quote for this, I would also like an idea of what it would cost to add a pergola.
