Replace wooden Bath surround

Old wooden bath surround is showing signs of rot and need it replaced with a wood composite or something more durable and has a good fit to reseal it all. Leng --- + 1700mm + 745mm +/- 20mm Present wooden bit is 20mm deep, 140mm high with a bevel on the top edge. This fits under the formica wall covering to keep water off the walls. Need a solution that doesn't take the Bath / shower out of service for too long.
