Replace bottom plate + weather boards
Job description
Replace bottom plate in laundry wall, rot present from left hand side to just past middle stud. Replace 1-2 bottom rusticated weatherboards, behind rot area (weatherboards are also rotten). Replace timber flashings covering up joins in weatherboards. ASAP start, so I can get wall lined, and new cylinder installed. Ok with hourly / charge up basis.
