Shaving bottom of pantry door in kitchen

The pantry door in the kitchen of my rental property won't close properly, as there does not appear to be any space between the bottom of the door and the kitchen floor. I was thinking the bottom of the door will have to be reduced so that the door can close properly. Photos from the tenants are attached.
