Building repairs

I am getting prepared for my bathroom to be tiled, to do so I need a few small jobs done in the bathroom before it can be done. 1/ need a door frame taken off and smoothed with gib and plaster so you never new a door was on it 2/ A cupboard (image provided) in bathroom to the hot water cylinder needs a door on it and maybe some work to bring it up to spec (it is currently pretty shoddy) 3/ Outside, some weatherboards are upside down (who does that?) :) thanks
