New Elevated Deck Required

I am seeking a qualified builder to build a deck. Due to the elevated section the deck is quite high. There is also an old deck that needs to be taken down. I want the new deck to be longer and wider (as per red arrows in photos). The deck can be placed against 2 sides of the house. My inclination is not to have steps there is a public walkway adjacent to the section. The current deck is unsafe and as I am seeking new tenants in January so ideally the job could be completed in Jan/Feb. But this will also depend on the quote. I am likely to have some additional building work in 2017 if I find someone satisfactory. I want someone who gives realistic timeframes to complete the job and keeps in touch re any delays or issues. Section access is okay, but not amazing. Cannot drive a vehicle around to the building area, but can carry supplies through the garage. I would also want the rotary clothesline removed and a new one put up.
