Reduce deck size, and repair/replace

I would like to discuss and get a quote for reducing the size of the deck, replacing whatever needs to be replaced, adding a couple of ramps and/or steps, and possibly adding a small covered bit for the back door. I have a biggish deck that was built with untreated, now rotting, support posts. Most of the decking needs replacing too. It is on a sloping site, but I believe it does not need a consent as it is below 1.5m . I would prefer to use composite decking, but am open to advice. I would like to get a couple of quotes as soon as possible, preferably before Christmas. I would also prefer to have an LBP from the Hurunui, if possible. Many thanks.
