Hi, I need a deck built that has been approved as part of our building consent. It is 12x3.8 with a 1.2m wide stair case. It is at a height greater than 1m and will also require aluminium balustrades. Refer to photos for BC plans and a site visit can be arranged this week. Cheers, Kelly
