Pool pump box and deck

I have converted an old concrete water tank into a plunge pool, and I need a small box built over pump and filter beside the pool. This is to protect it from livestock in the paddock but also from the UV rays from the sun. It should be 1.2 x 1.2 . 1.5high. Stage two would be building a little raised deck off the side of the pool, approx. 2.5 x 3.5 x 1.2high. I need this done ASAP, but and feel the job could be wacked together in a few days.
