Front steps and back deck

There are two parts to the job. 1. The tread of the concrete front steps ( photo 1) to the house (villa) is too narrow. We would like wooden steps with a bull-nosed front, villa-style, with a tread of 340 mm and an appropriate handrail on one side only. 2. The back deck (photo 2) is to be shortened to end approximately in line with the right hand side of the window and an end seat built. The steps need a handrail on one side only.
