12 sqm deck, plus installation of a wall mounted pergola from Tradetested

A small deck at a vacated rental property. New tenants are likely to move in around 7 July. So job needs to be done before hand. Deck material could be composite or pine. It's important that it's cost effective. We can remove the concrete wall. Deck is to go over the bottom step. Access is good, there is a gate right next to the site. The house will be undergoing renos at the same time, so is also accessible.
