Replace small porch deck
Job description
This front porch deck (roughly 1.5 * 1.5m) , built 1997, does not now meet leaky homes requirements so needs redesigning and replacing to prevent moisture from entering exterior wall cladding during excess rain events. Existing cladding may also need extending further below bottom plate. I need this task completed by 8th December if at all possible. Job will entail removing existing decking, assessing existing foundation and changing if needed, and then installing a new deck with spacing to allow water to draining away before reaching wall cladding. New deck may look quite different to existing one.

Liam communicated well and got onto doing the job that needed doing promptly. Finalising everything like clearing site did take a little extra time, complicated by summer break and other jobs. I recommend Liam.
