Fix or replace deck
Job description
My back deck planks have gotten soft and bow or sometimes crack when I walk on them. I'm not sure what the supporting beams underneath are like. Option 1 - replace boards if supports are ok Option 2 - replace whole deck It's 8m wide by 2.8m deep. Just under the 2m high rule so doesn't need building consent. Railings don't have to be the same style as what's there. Also need steps up to be rebuilt as they're splitting too.
