Wine rack installation or Cabinet above fridge

I recently installed a French door fridge in my main kitchen. I had a single door fridge before and now it's double door so I had to move the cabinet on one side of the fridge to make space for the new fridge. There was a cabinet on top of the fridge as well and since I had to move the side cabinet, the top cabinet is now small. I still want to utilize the top cabinet so was thinking of making wine rack on either side of the cabinet or something similar to fill up the space. Colour is white of the cabinets. See photos. The top cabinet measures 700mm width. On either side of the cabinet there is 150mm space for wine rack or any other option which would be suitable. Location is Grandview Heights.
