Job description
Looking for ballpark quotes for a deck to be built off the back of a house in Chartwell, Hamilton. Approx. 52sqm. There is already a deck in the 2.3m x 3.7m area of the diagram. Frame to stay and be extended from. - Material: Most cost effective wood. - Top of deck to be approx. 600mm off ground. - 2m x 2m corner seat required pending cost. - Basic railing to run along the long edge of the deck as there is a gully drop off Stairs off each long side - roughly marked up in the diagram.
