Small Deck Construction

We have a small deck (approx 5 x 2.5m), and the bearers and joists are rotten, so will need the whole thing replaced - like for like. On concrete piles. This deck leads off some french doors, and ties in with some concrete steps, and a lower level deck (more recent, and is sound). There is also a hatch for access to a drain. See photos. Job would include dismantling and removing old timber etc from site. The property is currently unoccupied, so could safely be completed during Level 3 Alert. We would like this completed ASAP once the lockdown is lifted.
