Shower wood

Brought a new shower door but on taking out old door - bottom piece of wood is rotten and needs to be replaced. In the long run will look at doing renovation to whole bathroom but now is not that time. Hence looking just to do the basics. Shower liner also has rotted looking at patching this. Would also like the new door to be installed.
