New Deck Build

Hi We have recently built a house and have decided we would like a deck outside our lounge. We are interested in either suppling the wood etc, and paying a builder to do it or have someone fully do the job once we are in an appropriate covid level. We are wanting the wider boards, i think they are 140x19 or 32 Deck will need to go over an exsisting concrete patio step. which is below the level of the deck. See attached pictures of house and deck drawing The small garden has been removed. Deck is 6990mm x 2600mm and goes from the patio to the cactus garden but not past that Look forward to hearing from you
