Metal balustrading

We have an old wooden balustrade around our deck which needs replacing. We are looking for a simple black metal alternative (as per the photos) to be supplied and attached for us. The overall length of the balustrade is just under 28 metres. There is a short return of about 1 metre before the balustrade that goes across the front of the house. The length across the front of the deck is just over 11 metres and up the side to the back deck is 17.5 metres with a small step up. The deck is approximately 3 metres off the ground. We can organise the scaffolding if required. There is no time frame.
