Bach Home Maintenance Project

This is a Bach located on a beachfront and the work is limited to one corner of the property Due to the unique absolute beach front location, access to the beachfront by vehicle has to be according to the high & low tides Walking track however can be accessed any time of the day or night and is 10 minutes easy walk from the parking area Main jobs are as below a) external cladding replacement ( corner of the house at ground level) b) internal wall lining ground floor ( rumpus ) c) soil removal & strengthening the retaining wall ( by the pump & rain water tank ) d) review the existing novacoil or drain laying by water tank to divert rain water if it is suitable considering the type of soil c) roof gutter replacement front and back of the house to correct the flow of water to the tank We are keen to get this done ideally around the Easter holiday period if possible so please respond promptly quote & we can then proceed Preferably will suit someone from the south Auckland Franklin area & knows the area reasonably well & loves a challenge!
