5m x 4m deck including a hatch

Looking at getting a price to have a 4m long x 5m wide deck installed out the front of our property. Ground is flat. We have a rainwater catchment tank in our front yard that we would need a hatch built over the top of just in case we needed to access it for whatever reason. Have been advised the tank runs underground from left to right if looking at the photo however will have this confirmed next week (week starting 8/3). Size of deck may have to be altered slightly just to ensure nothing is dug through into the tank or services. Looking to keep costs reasonably low however open to different prices for different quality decking.
