Deck/Platform

We need a 10m2 deck/platform built towards the bottom of a gently sloping bare section. It will eventually hold a 4.0m2 x 2.0m2 shed, so needs to be able to hold some weight. I understand if the deck is less than 1.5m high and the deck is 10m2 or less we won't need consent from FNDC. We'd also like to have a couple of posts sunk at the entrance to the section so we can eventually hang a gate on it. Thanks very much
