Bathroom Doors Shortened for Ventilation

2x normal wooden bathroom doors (shower rooms) shortened by 10-20mm to help with airflow/ventilation. 1x sliding door - this one will either need shortened or potentially a vent grate installed. Would appreciate someone to just have a look and see what can be done for this one. Please don't hesitate to reach out even if you will only be able to help with the normal doors.
