Conservatory room extension

We need to have at least 6m X 4m conservatory room extension in front of our house with deck type floor (insulated). Something similar to this (just an idea) --- I also attached the front section of our house where we want the bedroom windows to be a full glass too and remove the door to be opened all the way to the conservatory room. We draw a red border line where we want the conservatory to be build on. Thank you.
