Repair and Constructing an External Balustrade

Its on the second floor and has been partly taken down. It is the orginal balustrade and will need some timber replaced but most of it is still OK. It currently sits on a deck that has butynol so there will be some work to get that in place (which I can arrange seperately) but at this stage my focus is to get the balustrade up and safe. I am flexible in terms of when the work is carried out as I am coming and going a lot at the moment. I think the job is mainly labour but that will need some discussing no doubt I recently brought the house and it needs a lot of work but having a safe deck is a priority .
