North Road balustrade + kitchen wall

Need a new 3604 compliant balustrade constructed on stairs up to house entrance. Approx 5m long. A 3-panel window in dining area needs safety glass and stay restictors installed. Also possibly need a small partition/support wall constructed in kitchen area (advice needed here) + Advice re tiled roof cleaning also needed (will need replacing in a few years). Ideal start date June 20th (when we take possession of house). Can possibly arrange access to quote at earlier date.
