Pauanui 24m2 deck, pergola roof - $5,000 + $Bonus

I'm overseas and my 24m2 patio area of my flat site in the glades holiday park in Pauanui needs an upgrade. It's a super simple job as below. I was quoted less than $5,000 but the guy can't start until the new year and I need it completed by the end of November so I'm putting up $5,000 to do the job by mid December plus a bonus of $500 if completed by end November. Please see rough plans. I want good quality workmanship/finish using standard materials. I need 3 references of recent/similar work to call before you can go ahead 1. build deck butted up to annex on flat site, area of c.8m x 3m (raised c. 200mm) 2. Use existing trellis fencing and use additional trellis fencing to fully enclose area 3. Put internal access gates (sliding gate would be preferred) to front and rear which can be internally locked. 4. Build pergola and clear lite roof to cover half of deck. Roof to overhang trellis fencing by 200mm on trellis fencing sides.
