A deck on the property that was built approx14 years ago did not get final compliance , work need some on be done to get it up to standard for the council compliance. There are also an existing deck that need some of be assesse and repaired. We are looking for a licensed builder to attend the site with council to agree on all of the elements really qui red and provide a quote for the work which needs to be completed as soon as possible. The council report is available and can be shared based on interest in this job.
