Deck Step Repair and Replacement

Hi there, I have a house in Mairehau I am trying to get on the market very shortly and I need some help with my deck. It is an old kwila deck, I don't have enough budget to build a whole new deck so am just wanting to fix it up and restain it. I would like to add some steps to the front and side of the deck as well as add a privacy panel (I have attached photos). The first 2 photos are where I would like the steps done and the 3rd photo is the area where I would like a privacy panel put up Would love to find someone that can help me with this! Thanks so much!

Hamish was fantastic to deal with, I am so happy with my new deck step and privacy panel that he installed. Highly recommend Hamish and his workmanship is of a very high standard.
