4mx4m timber deck with pergola

We are keen for a timber deck (possibly macrocarpa decking) for our newly built house- 4mx4m with a pergola over top of it. The site is flat and the deck will be about 190mm off the ground (ie 1 step up with no need for steps). We are keen for any timber in the ground to be durable or for concrete piles.
