New deck and porch/conservatory

I want a deck built on the back of my house. Height: 700mm off ground. Approx 10 metres across by 3 metres deep. We want it to be glassed in on two sides (East and part of North) with a glass roof over the glassed part. I don't know if consents are needed for this, so would appreciate advice. Will need a concrete path and washing line removed as part of job. Also, back barge board on house needs repair prior to deck being built, if you are able to do this as part of the job.
