replace skirting board & adjust door bolt
Job description
1 Section of bullnose skirting board [about 3600mm, runs from room corner to corner] has borer and needs replacing with matching; existing is probably rimu, but replacement doesn't need to be]. Carpet is on smoothedge. See photos. 2 Double garage doors have surface-mounted bolt [photos]. The side with the bolt has dropped just a bit, making it difficult to push the shoot through, so adjustment is needed.
