External upgrades - Multiple - decking, fencing and pathways.
Job description
The scope of work for this job includes the following: - Replace existing deck (remove existing timber deck and replace with hardwood deck (Kwila or equivalent) - approx 9m x 6m. This will include moving and subsequent replacement of existing plants and pots, deck furniture, BBQ etc. - Replace existing deck lighting - Replace existing deck fencing - approx 35m length. Timber fencing including painting or staining to match existing property (semi gloss black) or deck timber. - Replace existing concrete pathway. This is currently leaking into garage below - needs to guarantee 100% waterproofing. - approx 20m2. This will include moving and subsequent replacement of sand pit. - Replace existing paver pathway - approx 25m2 - Confirm quality and extent of drainage from deck area whilst existing existing deck removed. One known leak into covered area to be repaired / remedied.

The work carried out was of a high quality and i'm happy with the final product. The work took significantly longer than anticipated or originally discussed and did take some prompting to get things completed.
