Hi - we have a 45 year old home of circa 250m2. The home has had 3 major renovations done to it over the years and today, I believe there is a combination of tongue and groove and particle board flooring through out - where exactly I am unsure as carpet covers the affected areas. There is area of circa 85m2 of the floor area that creaks and squeaks when walked upon and I am looking for someone who can helped me ideally eliminate or at least reduce the creaking/squeaking noise when it is walked upon. Areas affected are; 1. Hallway circa 8 mts long by a 1mt wide 2. Spare bedroom circa 4mts x 4mts 3. Master bedroom circa 5mts x 5mts 4. Lounge circa 6 mts x 6mts Access under the house can be gained from a manhole in the hallway and or a second one in the external deck. I would imagine repairer would need to be small in stature to move around under the house (just saying) We are home every day so can work in with you. Finally do not know what sort of adhesives one would use for this sort of fix and I am relying on the repairer to provide sound advise, reasonably accurate cost estimate and use appropriate adhesives/equipment to complete the job for a long term fix. Really appreciate your help.

A difficult job trying to stop floorboards creaking. Neil and Luke spent hours under the house in dirt and grime. Result was a 75% improvement. Kore than I ever expected.
