Barge Boards Replacement

Barge boards on west and south end of 2 story 6 unit appartment block need replacing (and painting). Work/quotes needs to be approved by body corp. Other boards may also need to be replaced. Some window frame painting may also be needed at the same time. So at very least 4x 4meter barge boards to be replaced.
