Ben did a site visit and followed up with a reasonable quote the very next day. He then scheduled the work to begin as soon as it was convenient for me. He was courteous, respectful and tidy. His workmanship was top notch and his communication excellent. He built my spa pool deck beautifully from H4 timber to ensure it would last. He took care of the electrics too and finished the project within a couple of days. He even went to the trouble to add trim. I couldn't be happier with the result.
