Leaking shower = damaged GIB & door frame swelling.

I have a leaking corner shower, the GIB either side of the shower is water damaged & the door frame beside the shower is swelling. I will need - Shower removed - inspection for water damage - Door frame inspected for water damage & possible replacement - GIB walls / Plaster / Paint - New shower installed (I can source this) - Fit a new Vanity while bathroom is apart (I can source this) I partially disassembled the shower over easter to gauge the damage, the shower has since been re assembled and siliconed to ensure no more leaks.
