Deck on one level

I need to build a deck approximately 6mt x 7mt, with one step. It will wrap around the corner of the kitchen, so be slightly L-shaped. It will be laid over an existing stamped concrete patio that has some earthquake damage and is on 2 levels with some steps, so we want to create an area that is all on one level instead, to access straight out of the kitchen. We will need to remove a pergola that is also over the patio.
