Build low floating deck over concrete and install fabricated roof cover

A) Build low floating decking 6.5m x 3.5m against L shape of house over concrete and B) install prefabricated aluminium and polycarbonate cover 6m x 3m wall mounted. Cost of the cover is $2,799 from --- (open to another options in a wood structure before I complete purchase). The space previously had shade sails extending to boundary fence but these can no longer be used as there is a shipping container pool in the way. Open to selling these very large sails or I will consider how to use over the shipping container at a later date. The 6m length of cover and decking would run down the side of house adjacent to lounge doors (opposite length of pool). C) The one side exposed, install a screen or other insert. I would like to get this job done ASAP to get it out the way as have other jobs to follow. I don’t muck around with lots of quotes as your time is important. Instead I research what the job will cost in advance and do one quote at a time and either drop or accept based on being open to accepting desktop estimates / cost ballparks in the first instance. Location is Hornby / Avonhead area not far from Yaldhurst and Russley road intersection.
