I need a small side deck upgraded. The Decking foundation needs levelling and a new top layer nailed on. The timber is currently just treated pine. It requires a new timber two steps down to the concrete tiled ground. There is also a section of Dry rot in the single door corner leading to the step. 3300 x 2700mm in the widest part. Step is 1000mm It may be argued that tiles are the better upgrade option.
