Decking - Sand

Hi, Urgent job please - we have failed our Building WOF until the wooden deck adjacent to our backdoor (kitchen) has been sanded down so that the door opens freely without it being pushed really hard. (Not good for Fire Exit). There are nails in the decking that will need to be removed and replaced after 5-10mm has been eliminated from the surface. I am attaching picture. Ideally I would like this job to be done during the afternoon of Saturday 5 September between 3-5pm as we have staff coming in to do some work at that time although the business is closed.
