replace or repair two entryway steps to house

My house foundation is going to be levelled and lifted and I will need the decking repaired once this is done as it all sunk after the cyclone. I will need a quote first as part of the insurance claim-its fine to quote as an allowance to remediate if thats easier than an exact quote.
