Replace chipboard floor

I am about to renovatekitchen and redo flooring but am aware chipboard flooris not great and needs replacing after various leaks first. Small kitchen laundry toliet bathroom and ensuite all in a line. Think rest structureokay but cant be sureuntil all pulled up.
