Ceiling repairs

Hi there I'm a carpenter and need someone to repair the ceilings in my fathers house. I live too far away and simply cannot get there. He has recently gone into a rest home. The house is currently being tenanted by a friend. I am currently organising Pink Fit to install new insulation in the ceiling and will need to get that done first. We could pull the old ceiling down and install new rondo, gib and scotia and 3 x 1 batten detail or leave the old ceiling in place and rondo below it. Just a nuisance to install the clips when the ceiling is still in situ. The master bedroom is the worst. Please look at the other bedroom ceilings. and let me know if they can be repaired. Plaster and paint will be required also. Happy to talk through options Cheers Dan
