I have a rental property in Central Alexandra which needs the upstairs bathroom wooden floor replaced. Flooring Xtra have been in and uplifted the tiles but the subfloor is damaged and damp in some places so needs replaced. This is fairly urgent as no-one can move into the property until this is completed.
