Lounge shelving

I would like some built in shelving in our lounge. Floor to ceiling including over a large doorway 2.4m. Height is 2.7m. each side of the doorway is 2m and the doorway is 2.4m (see pic ) I am thinking of plywood but poss also use some stunning totara slabs that we have on the farm for feathur ends if this was possible. Not super urgent but would love to get something underway soon'ish.
