Deck Hatch to access electric box

My Deck has been built around a electric box which serves the sewage pump. I need to have access to this box ( see picture) which at present is a major hassel as nnede to unscrew the boards. Need to be able to lift a hatch so that the front door to the electric box can be opened. Hatch does not need to be hinged ( albeit it could be if that works well) but needs to be supported when put back so people can walk on it.
