Build and fit 2 x wooden window frames

Old frames are falling to pieces, and some rot, so need 2 new ones built, and fitted. 1.3m x .9 m, swing out from top. We will paint them in between making and fitting unless you can also do that. The moulding is standard - we can supply, can also get the fittings too. Will need scaffolding to fit (too high to do with a ladder) but we have that and can set up. Best viewed to provide an estimate.
