Folding Outdoor Bar on Wheels

I would like a basic outdoor bar made and have full plans with measurements and instructions on how to make it on on Youtube. Can't put in link but search 'Family handy man folding outdoor bar' I would like it finished with slats like in the photo below and painted with outdoor waterproof paint. Need it made in the next few weeks for a party. They estimate it will take a day to make and materials would cost around $150 plus paint. Would suit a cabinet maker, furniture maker or someone that just likes to make cool stuff!
